Ohio Honey Bees

The Bee Farm sells a limited number of over-wintered and summer nuc colonies raised only from our own survivor stock. Our bees were originally sourced from Carniolan stock but are open-mated and selected for winter survival, gentleness and productiveness.

We do not graft but instead make use of the "OTS" queen rearing and mite control technique to both raise high-quality queens and manage the biggest issue beekeepers face ― varroa mites and the diseases they facilitate.

Nucs are for pick-up only in Randolph, OH with cash only accepted upon pickup.
